Your cost is based on the number of rental units you have in your control panel. We bill by invoice for listings you activate during the month. Listings that run longer than 2 weeks are billed in weekly increments. A 3 week listing, for example, costs $29.25. You can activate and deactivate listings as vacancies occur. With muli-unit properties, you can enter 1 listing for units that are similar in layout and amenities. Simply change the unit number or address when you activate the "listing." If you have a vacation rental, corporate rental, or rental complex with regular vacancies, we offer an additional 20% discount for units that you plan to list for 6 months or longer. Not Comfortable with Computers or the Internet?

You can fill out our listing form / agreement and fax it to us, then e-mail your digital pictures to the e-mail address provided on the rental listing form. We will help you update your listing as needed. If you do not have a digital camera, you can ask a friend or family member to take pictures of your rental unit and have them e-mail the pictures to us. If you want us to take your pictures, we will gladly provide this service for a nominal fee of $40 to go to your rental, take pictures, and upload them to your listing. The photo fee is $20 if you only want exterior pictures only.
